As a manufacturing enterprise, technical workers are the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. Technical workers play an important role in the realization of enterprise technology innovation process. The current shortage of technical workers in China, especially the senior technical workers shortage phenomenon is very serious. The shortage of technical workers cannot meet the needs of modernization, the shortage of technical workers has become a bottleneck restricting the development of manufacturing industry in our country; Chinese migrant workers tide is not enough to use, in the absence of senior technical workers, migrant workers but also cannot achieve adaptation transformation of social development; policy formulation in the cultivation of the talents, provide a favorable system environment for the growth of technical workers. Speeding up the training of technical talents, especially to promote the growth of technology workers, has the vital significance.The technical works as the research object, using documentary method, survey interviews, case study method, through the comprehensive use of various research methods to promote the growth of technicians research more scientific, effective. In the research content,this study introduces the shortage of technical workers in the background, reviews the rules and patterns of personnel training, selection of Jinhua a manufacturing factory in the actual investigation. From a technical workers rank structure, education, training and other aspects of technology workers W enterprise development present situation. On the existence of technical workers growth and the reasons for the problems are analyzed, problems mainly includes backup technology workers, occupation planning is not clear; the primary technical workers wages generally low; intermediate technical workers, skills upgrading opportunities are limited:senior technical workers, technology innovation consciousness, and the reasons are analyzed. In view of the existing technical workers growth in W enterprise further proposed the improvement strategy to promote enterprise technical workers growth, including the development of skilled workers in the occupation career planning; perfect salary system, improve the allocation and incentive mechanisms; grasp the mid-level technical training, provide the foundation for the talents with high skill; change ideas, promote the realization of the value of senior technician. Through the study of enterprise can promote the growth of technicians in order to provide reference for relevant industry especially to train skilled workers in manufacturing enterprises.
