Leadership is an important driving force of enterprise growth, is also a key factor infunction of enterprise. Today of economic globalization for leaders put forward the higherrequest. This study with the background of the state-owned enterprises staff as the researchobject, discusses the servant leadership, the relations between organizational commitment andemployee turnover.In this study, the integrated use of the literature review and empirical analysis to studyreviewed the servant leadership, organizational commitment and employee turnover theories,proposed research ideas and assumptions; According to the conventional Maturity Scalequestionnaire design, and test a small sample to remove questions of internal unqualifiedquestionnaire modified further large-scale distribution and recycling.Using SPSS21.0torecycling effective questionnaire descriptive statistics analysis, the reliability and validity test,and factor analysis, and correlation analysis and regression analysis was carried out on thethree variables, further discussed the employee’s personal characteristics whether there aresignificant differences of servant leadership.On the basis of the above research, this study the following conclusions:1servantleadership and employee turnover has significant negative correlation, leaders who provideservice for employees can better reduce employee turnover;2overall organizationalcommitment and employee turnover has significant negative correlation;3some employeespersonal characteristics have significant effects on servant leadership, employees withdifferent personal characteristics have significant differences in terms of servant leadershipawareness.Also reveals the servant leadership, organizational commitment and employeeleaving the influence of the relationship between different latitude.Finally, the empirical research results, this study puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures and Suggestions.1under the background of Chinese culture, especially in thestate-owned enterprises should actively advocate and to establish a servant leadership orientedenterprise culture, build the atmosphere of servant leadership and the environment, in order toenhance service awareness of the leader.2to improve the staff’s organizational loyalty andorganizational identification, enhance the staff’s sense of responsibility and initiative, theself-conscious pursuit of the common development of enterprises and individuals.
