With the economic development and the increase of social wealth in our country, privatebanking business, as a kind of high-end personal comprehensive service that is centered onwealth management and provided by financial institutions for high-end people, is drawingmore and more attention from the society. Case is due to the private banking business has ahigh starting point, large profit, strong comprehensive which make China’s commercial banksto view private banks as a key of strategic development. Commercial banks establish privatebanking business mainly because that compared to other businesses of commercial bank, ithas a lager profit space.However, since our private banking business is still in its infancy, for already renownedforeign private banking business, our private banking with single product variety and servicehomogeneity, can not meet the financial needs of high-end customers, thus speeding up thepace of development of private banking, private banking organization with appropriate modelis the urgent priority of China’s private banking development.Organizational model is to determine the fundamentals of business success, only havehigh-quality personnel, promising market and high technology focus on the same organizationcan they play their biggest roles, therefore organizational model is the security for corecompetitiveness of enterprises. In terms of uniform standard, the organizational model isneither good nor bad, the key is to combine their operations and external businessenvironment, and choose their own organizational model.Firstly, the status of the development of domestic private banks for basic overview,noting the impact of private banking organization mode selection factors and establishorganizational model of the importance of the development of private banking, andinternational private banking business trends are introduced, While the international advancedprivate banking for example: City bank, UBS, HSBC Group’s private banking businessorganizational models are introduced, comparing similarities and differences between thethree models and concluded that revelation advanced organizational model for China, Secondly, the functions of our private banking big retail mode,business model, matrix modelorganization model comparison, from specialized, comprehensive requirements, risk controlanalysis of three aspects, noting matrix model for the current status of the private bankingbusiness of organizational model is suitable for the current organization of the private bankingbusiness model, Finally, our private banking business organizational model proposed the idea,suggested in the department set up, benefit distribution, business model, value-orientedaspects of these four proposed new development requirements, to promote the rapiddevelopment of the private banking business.
