Along with the economic development, the supportive of entrepreneurial activity inthe economy is growing. In recent years, the colleges are expanding enrollment, eachyear, more graduates entering the job market. The employment pressure is increasinggradually, so there are more students to choose entrepreneurship by themselves.College students as the main force of entrepreneurship, research their willingness ofentrepreneurship should promote the students to start entrepreneurship activities.In this paper, starting from the individual, their social network andentrepreneurial self-efficacy angle, investigate the effects of individual factors andsocial networks on the students’ entrepreneurial intention. Then introduced theentrepreneurial self-efficacy, establish the theoretical assumption model that includedindividual factors, social networks, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and theentrepreneurial intention, examine the function of each variable in the process ofeffect the entrepreneurial intention. Through the questionnaire survey to improve theassumption, and according to the questionnaire data, using SPSS and AMOS softwareto test and analyze the assumption, got the following conclusion:(1) Gender, education, family situation and entrepreneurial experience and otherindividual factors play an important influence to the individual entrepreneurialself-efficacy and the entrepreneurial intention. Because of the different individualfactors, there are significant differences in the college students’ entrepreneurialintention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.(2) The size and strength of the relationship of social networks are positivelycorrelated with entrepreneurial self-efficacy, but there was no significant correlationwith the entrepreneurial intention. This shows that social network is through theintermediary variable effect of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy to influence theentrepreneurial intention.(3) Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention have significantpositive correlation, contemporary college students have very high self-efficacy in innovation, opportunity identification, relationship management, and risk bearingaspect. This high entrepreneurial self-efficacy directly improve the entrepreneurialintention of college students in recent years.Finally, based on this research study, the author made prospects for futureresearch provided some suggestions to perfect the research.
