It raised several hypotheses, then tested our theory model and hypotheses by interview study and questionnaire survey, using statistic softwares like SPSS. It finds that the ESE construct consists of five core dimensions; the relationship between total ESE and entrepreneurial intention is positive; personal and environment affects ESE most; ESE plays an intermediary role in the relationship of entrepreneurial traits, environment and entrepreneurial intention. The results further made the role of ESE clear in the entrepreneurial field.
