In21century,the competition of enterprise is the competition of talent.Talent is thesource of the power of enterprise development in the information times.Human resourcewill be enterprise win key.So,it is important to establish a reasonable and effieient humanresource management system,because it will contribute to realization of the corporation’saim.Taking the specific reforming steel rifeng company as the study object and combiningthe characteristics of human resources in steel industry, adopt the interviewingmethod,questionnaire to make an intensive field study. First, analyses the present researchsituation of domestic and international. Secondly, the characteristics of human resourcemanagement; Again, analysis rifeng the present situation of human resource managementand the recruitment management, training management, performance management andcompensation management problems. Then, analyze the current management existingproblems and their internal reasons caused, farther combining the related theories,adopting literature comprehensive analysis method,provide the countermeasures to put therelated management theory into practice to explore the solution and help the company getout of the difficulties. This paper thinks that the core problem restricting the developmentof the company is the performance management of the company. Therefore,this paperfocuses on the design and optimization of the performance management of the company,as zhe same time,in terms of salary structure, system construction, work planning,evaluation mechanism and staff development are also proposed the improvement strategy.I hope that through this study for Tangshan rifeng company to improve the level ofhuman resources management to provide some help, to small and medium privateenterprises in human resource management provide a useful reference, reference.
