Objective of this dissertation is Qinhuangdao Echo Electronic Company, which is asmall-and micro-sized private technological enterprise combining production andproduction into one main body. Currently Echo Electronic Company is confronted withdifficulty of performance evaluation, with detailed phenomenon of low enthusiasm amongemployee, shortage of creativity ability, difficult to keep talents, high training cost foremployee. Enterprise human resource construction faced difficulties, which block thecompany’s development. It is the target of this dissertation to get through this difficulty.The dissertation firstly exposits the relevant theoretical knowledge of performanceevaluation, secondly introduces Qinhuangdao Echo Electronic Company. Through thedetailed analysis on difficulties of performance evaluation faced by Qinhuan EchoElectronic Company, combination method of360-degree feedback evaluation andobjective management has been adopted for the evaluation, which includes the qualitativeevaluation of qualification on middle managements through360-degree feedbackevaluation method, and the quantitative evaluation of performance among all employeesthrough objective management method. Evaluation result will be used for the promotionamong own employee and the calculation of floating wages among the whole company.After getting evaluation program through analysis, the dissertation illustrates a veryimportant position of head of research and development department and makes a betterconclusion. It proves that this evaluation program is suitable for current stage ofQinhuangdao Echo Eletronic Company through the calculation on performance evaluationindicators. With this evaluation program, it can stimulate the enthusiasm amongemployees, realize the target of performance evaluation and it is helpful to realize thecompany’s target, to train the employee as well as to promote the core competitiveness. Itcan also enable Qinhuangdao Echo Eletronic Company to pass through the difficulties andto realize the leapfrog development.
