In land prices and housing prices continued to remain high and the state of theimplementation of macro-control of real estate not relaxing background under, facing thefierce market competition, the central enterprises of real estate companies to grasp theopportunity, realize the healthy and sustainable development, and strive to achieve thevalue of state-owned assets, we must set up the investment risk awareness, strengthen theinvestment risk management, and constantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of investment risk management of SD Real Estate Company’scase, the purpose of this study on one hand want to upgrade the level of SD Real EstateCompany’s investment risk management, on the other hand want to provide reference forother real estate companies, especially state-owned real estate company investment riskmanagement. In this thesis, through the case analysis method SD Real Estate Company’sinvestment risk management situation and existing problems were analyzed, Mainly usingthe risk management theory of eight essential elements SD Real Estate Company’sinvestment risk management system has been transformed.The main conclusions of this paper include the following:(1) Enterprise riskmanagement consists of eight interrelated elements. The comprehensive risk managementand internal control is closely related to, and there is a certain difference.(2) CombiningSD Real Estate Company’s basic situation, SD Real Estate Company’s investmentmanagement organization structure and business characteristics are analyzed and relevantmeasures taken by SD Real Estate Company’s investment risk management wasintroduced, the problems existing in SD Real Estate Company’s investment riskmanagement were pointed out.(3) Aiming at the existing problem of SD Real EstateCompany’s investment risk management, mainly using the risk management theory ofeight essential elements SD Real Estate Company’s investment risk management systemhas been transformed.(4) This paper focuses on the identification of the key points ofinvestment risk and its risk response measures in the process of SD Real EstateCompany’s investment risk management system established.
