The Study On Agricultural Product Logistics Mode Ln Lanzhou City,Gansu Province

The Lanzhou city, Gansu province has unique position which was "A seat in four" in northwest,with the implement of "12th five-year"plan of the country and Gansu province,Lanzhou city has become the northwest transport hub and trade logistics center. Recently,the agricultural production had went into condition which was "surplus in good years,insufficient reversely" in this city,in contrast,the agricultural product logistics development lag behind obviously, seriously restricting the development of agriculture and rural economy in Lanzhou city.This thesis was based on clarifying the related research of agricultural product logistics at home and abroad,in line with the current situation of agricultural product production and agricultural product logistics,combining the progress of agricultural product logistics development and the many existing problems in current logistics practice which were the intra-regional integrated transport and distribution system not yet formed,the construction pace slowly of logistics information system,the study of stock control model which were based on quantitative analysis behind,with an opportunity of "12th five-year"logistics development plan implement in Lanzhou city,focusing on the use of the Third-party logistics theory and supply chain management thought,applying the methods of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis etc.established a new agricultural product logistics practice model which was the Third-party logistics center as the core,Cooperation Organization for the media,"Integration of contract" which was on the basis of agricultural product supply chain as the logistics practice,equally,conforming the the development of modern logistics industry trends in Lanzhou city.At the same time,to ensure the effective operation of the model,countering the key points of model practice which were the perfection of transportation and distribution system functional hierarchy of agricultural product logistics,the choice of optimal path and lowest cost in transportation and distribution,the control of agricultural product quality and safety,the building of agricultural product logistics information system general framework,the construction of public information platform and logistics business information platform,the construction of logistics new inventory control model were studied and analysed deeply.In the end,put forward the "Logistics park oriented" operation mode would be the development direction of agricultural product logistics model in Lanzhou city,equally,in order to preferably promote the agricultural product logistics industry to develop rapidly,proposed related suggestion which were increasing policy and capital support,innovating investment and financing system,establishing and perfecting the modern infrastructure which support agricultural product logistics practice,enhancing the systematism and marketism degree of agricultural product logistics,strengthening the integration of logistics resources,accelerating the professional logistics personnel training.
