Agricultural product logistics is an inevitable link in agricultural product trade,which directly affects the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and the quality of agricultural products.Lanzhou City is located in the northwestern part of China.The special natural conditions make Lanzhou's characteristic agricultural products high in quality and few types of agricultural products.In order to accelerate the promotion of Lanzhou's agricultural economic development to meet the people's growing needs for better life,Lanzhou's characteristic agricultural products “go out” and other Regional agricultural products “walk in” require efficient agricultural product logistics support.In recent years,with the support of many national policies,Lanzhou's agricultural product trade channels have become wider,and higher requirements have been placed on Lanzhou's agricultural product logistics.By comparing the current five typical agricultural product logistics models and combining the actual economic development level of Lanzhou City,the article believes that the third-party logistics of agricultural products can be promoted as the main mode of agricultural product circulation in Lanzhou.Subsequently,the article carried out SWOT analysis on the third-party logistics of agricultural products in Lanzhou City,aiming to analyze its development status;and through the expert scoring,using AHP analysis method to sort and analyze the development factors of third-party logistics of agricultural products in Lanzhou,aiming to improve the agricultural products of Lanzhou City.Third-party logistics development efficiency.Lanzhou H Food Company is a leading agricultural product enterprise in Lanzhou City,and its logistics operation mode can represent the current advanced logistics operation level of Lanzhou City.By demonstrating the operation process of third-party logistics in H company,the article proves that third-party logistics can play an active role in the development of medium and large-scale agricultural products enterprises in Lanzhou.Through SWOT analysis,AHP analysis and typical case analysis,this paper explores the operation status and role of agricultural products third-party logistics in Lanzhou City.While making suggestions on the development of agricultural product logistics system in Lanzhou,it also selects the agricultural product logistics mode in China's underdeveloped regions.
