Study On The Construction Of Smart Tourism Supporting System

With the advent of the personalizationeraand information technology age, thepublic demands for travel services are increasingly strong. The State Council decidedto "cultivate tourism as a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and madepeople feel more satisfied with the modern service industry", and clearly put forwardthe development direction of integration of information technology and tourism, andpointed out the direction for the scenic spot information system construction in china.Smart tourism arises with the development of cloud computing, Internet of thingstechnology. The development of smart tourism is of great significance in enhancingthe management level of scenic spots, meeting the personalized needs of tourists andimproving the tourism administration department management efficiency.This study used the system analysis method, literature analysis method,empirical analysis and so on to make a comprehensive analysisof smart tourism,andalso discussed the construction of scenic spot smart tourism system.In the theoretical research stage,this study summarized study of smart tourismand technology, elaborates the basic concepts and related basic theory. Analysisedthe development status of smart tourism home and abroad, specially focused onthe smart tourism development in several key tourist city of China, made thetheoretical support for the later empirical research.By exploring the smart tourismscience and technology support, analysising classification of China’s tourismtechnology system, point out that the four core smart tourism supportingtechnology:the Internet of things technology, cloud computing technology,mobilecommunication technology and artificial intelligence technology in the intelligenttourism play a role of smart travel network. Through the study of smarttourismservice object (tourist scenic, scenic spots, tourism management and tourismenterprises), integrated the cloud computing concept and the central managementplatform,to build smart tourism supporting systembefore the end application systemand back-end to support the scenic smart tourismsystem.andprovide a theoretical basis for the construction of scenic area smart tourism system.In the empirical research stage, by analyzing the necessity of the development oftourism in Mount Tai scenic spot of smart as well as information of nowdays, relyingon the smart of tourism, build Mount Taismart tourism system. The construction ofMount Taismart tourism system has important strategic significance in improving theMount Tai scenic area tourism degree of smart, enhancing the level of personalizedservice as well as improving the working efficiency of the tourism administrationdepartment,finally promoting the level of tourism industry development of MountTai.
