Research On The Coal Industrial Cluster’s Effect On Economic Growth Of Coal City In Hei Long Jiang Province

The relationship between human society’s development and the mineralresources is inseparable， while the coal resources play a more prominent role.And like the vast majority of other mineral resources， coal is not a renewableresource. But for a long time， the coal resource exploitation and utilization is akind of simple， extensive. That is on the basis of "coal mining--products--waste discharge" mode. This leads to the "high production and low output"，"highconsumption and high pollution" of the results. These problems give a lot oflimitation to China’s coal city’s economic growth， at the same time theseproblems give lot of limitation to coal city’s future economic development. Theresearch and development of the theory， the coal industry cluster， is conduciveto the development mode of coal industry to achieve the optimization andinnovation， is greatly conducive to efficiency and utilization of coal resources inthe promotion， and is conducive to the coal industry to achieve sustainabledevelopment. It also gives new hope to the coal city’s future economic growth.The coal cities also find a new mode to achieve the economic growth change.This article uses four coal cities in Heilongjiang Province as the researchobject, to study the effect and path effects of coal industry cluster City Economicgrowth. Based on the resource-based industry cluster and industrial cluster’sinfluence on the economic growth theory, analysis current situation of four coalcities of Heilongjiang and coal industry cluster, combined with the generalcharacteristics of the coal industry cluster analysis of the system, in view of thepresent situation of coal city economy and coal industry cluster analysis of thedevelopment of coal industry cluster in the city economic development role andits performance, summaries the coal industry cluster affects economic growthpath. Then by using the econometric model, analysis the four coal cities’ coalindustry cluster through labor, physical capital and technology progress patheffect on economic growth. Based on the production function to establisheconometric model basis, uses the factor analysis method to judge the impact ofcoal industry cluster to the economic growth of the overall effect and regressionanalysis, with empirical results problems in promoting economic growth in four major coal city coal industry cluster analysis, puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures.
