A Research On The Influence Of The Tie Strength Of The Cooperation Networks Of Industry-university-research To Enterprise Technology Innovative Capability

With the situation of quick advances in technology, shortening of innovation cyclesand highly uncertain of the market today, a single enterprise owning all the technologyneeded in the innovation or a comprehensive grasp of all the latest knowledge becomesincreasingly difficult. The cooperation innovation networks ofindustry-university-research as the main form of technological innovation is animportant part of the national innovation system. Therefore, we should research the newfeature of cooperation networking and take advantage of the "multiplier" effect formedby the excellent network relationships in order to accelerate the cooperation innovationof industry-university-research.Firstly, it describes the background and significance of the thesis and introducesdomestic and foreign research status and related theories. On the basis, it defines theconcepts of the cooperation networks of industry-university-research, technologicalinnovation capability and organizational learning. Secondly, it analyzes the relationshipbetween the cooperation network of industry-university-research and technologicalinnovation capability and organizational learning. Thus it reveals the model of thecooperation networks tie strength of industry-university-research affects the enterprisetechnological innovation capability through the intermediary of organizational learning.Based on the above analysis, it puts forward the hypothesis and selects variables andbuilds the structural equation model of the cooperation networks tie strength ofindustry-university-research affecting the enterprise technological innovation capability.Finally, it conducts an empirical study under the earlier theoretical discussion through aquestionnaire survey to obtain data, thus it conduct a normative research in accordancewith the structural equation research procedure of model specification, model fitting,model evaluation, and model updating.The empirical analysis result shows that as the change of the number and qualitythe cooperation networks tie strength of industry-university-research the influence to theenterprise technological innovation capability will change. In addition, differentorganizational learning models play an intermediary role in the process. Specifically, thecooperation network strong ties play positive effects on the gradual technological innovation capability by promoting the exploitation organizational learning; Thecooperation network weak ties play positive effects on the breakthroughtechnological innovation capability by promoting the exploration organizationallearning.
