The era of network has arrived. People develop their social connections in thenetwork, and the connections have become the focus of attention. The rapiddevelopment of micro-blog also caused the attention of many scholars, so therelationship between micro-blog and online connection has great researching value, andthey are associated with using behavior. Reviewing the research literatures, mostscholars focus on the using motivation or other psychological aspects about onlinecontacts. And most of them studied relationships and trust as the influence factors, fewscholars study using behavior from the visual dimension, so the studies of influencebetween online contacts and using behaviors on micro-blog is a little less. In addition,the enterprise leader is the soul of an enterprise, the business elite, with leadership andpersonal charisma, determining the lifeblood of business development, so they areconcerned by many people. Unlike other users, the micro-blogs of the enterprise leaderhave more resources and available opportunities. No matter on the enterprise leadersthemselves or on micro-blog operators, researching enterprise leaders’ micro-blogs andusing behaviors of the micro-blogs is of great commercial value. Using behaviorsinvolve the frequency and interactive level of the use, and it will be able to combinebusiness leaders micro-blogs with online contacts well.This paper selects corporate leaders as user groups, studying the impact on theironline contacts from micro-blog using behaviors. This paper indicates internal operationprinciple through analysis of the data to complement the using behavior theories. Inaddition, this paper can also provide more meaningful recommendations for micro-blogwebsite operation management. In this paper, on the basis of micro-blog and onlinenetworking theory, choosing a social website as the research platform, combining withthe use of behavior theory, make a thorough inquiry about the influence on onlinecontacts from the using behaviors of enterprise leaders micro-blog. Because of thespecial nature of the enterprise leader status, this paper adds the enterprise leaderposition, industry and work experiences, judging their monitor functions.This paper uses the quantitative research methods, and grabs enterprise leadermicro-blog data using the web crawler software respectively at the five time points.Removing the invalid data, we received966valid data in total. The collected data wasanalyzed by descriptive statistics, and use SPSS software to make factor analysis andregression analysis to verify the relationship between variables and the dependentvariables. Research results show that the using behaviors of enterprise leaders have asignificant impact on their online contacts, and position and industry have a regulatoryrole. But work experiences don’t have a monitor function. According to the conclusions,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for enterprise leaders and website micro-blog managers: for the enterprise leaders, communicating timely is the key factor.For micro-blog operators, invite enterprise leaders to participate in from hot topic, andintroduce a new model to maintain loyalty of users.
