With the coming of a new round of study abroad, the huge English training market drivesthe training companies to grow rapidly. Shenzhen as an economic development zone,thewindow to the world, the frontier of the reform and opening up, the English training market inthis region has both policy and location advantages. At the same time, the English languagetraining enetrprises in Shenzhen are also facing iferce competition. There is great signiifcancein developing a practical growth strategy for Shenzhen S Company.This article considers the background and signiifcance, both domestic and internationalresearch, then determines the content and cognitive thought, besides introducing the strategicmanagement theory. Based on this analysis of the external environment, internal conditions,the threats, opportunities and the existence of their own advantages and disadvantages;summarizes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Shenzhen S Company withSWOT analysis. Furthermore, it will focus on Shenzhen S Compan’ys developed guidingideology, strategic objectives, key tasks and functional strategy. And ifnally, implementationof the strategy and safeguards, and then makes a conclusion of this article.Through the research, the author believes that Shenzhen S Company should keep pacewith the English language exam reform and development, and keep on exploring new Englishlanguage training courses. It should scrutinize research and develop of the current curriculumbased on English training, and encourage innovation and optimize the management mode. Andconstantly improving the quality of teaching, to build a ifrst-class training company, which isbased on: service, reputation, quality. Get established in Shenzhen,then expand to first-tiercities, and ifnally showing explosive growth to the whole country. Shenzhen S Companyshould expand with scalable,sustainable growth.
