Research On The Cost Of Quality Management In Virtual Enterprise

With the development of social economy, virtual enterprise has become an increasinglyimportant new business model in today’s social and economic environment. The qualitymanagement of virtual enterprise has drawn great attention from the theoretic and industrialrealms. Even though there are numerous studies on the quality management of traditionalenterprise which have achieved fruitful research results, the researches on qualitymanagement of virtual enterprise specifically are few, particularly on the cost of qualitymanagement in virtual enterprises. However, cost of quality management plays an essentialrole in developing the quality, reducing the cost and improving the efficiency for virtualenterprises. Therefore, it is very necessary to study and discuss the cost of qualitymanagement in virtual enterprises.Firstly, this study elaborated the related concepts and theories of quality costmanagement, then it analysis the quality cost management procedure, method and system ofvirtual enterprise according to the characteristics of this industry. At last, it put the system intopractical case.The topic of this dissertation is the cost of quality in virtual enterprises, which aims todiscuss a cost of quality management and controlling model, which base on existingtraditional quality cost management theory and system as well as the virtual enterprise’s owncharacteristics. This study can provide a reference for virtual enterprise’s cost of qualitymanagement.
