Studied On The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Hubei Province Based On The Path Of Technological Innovation Competitiveness

Along with the global integration and the development of modern science andtechnology, great changes have taken place in the development mode of equipmentmanufacturing industry(EMI), EMI changes the development mode through technologicalinnovation has become an irreversible trend. As the core of manufacturing industry, thedevelopment of EMI has become the key factor to promote the regional industrial structureand competitiveness. Due to global economic restructuring and growth mode transformationcaused by economic globalization and financial crisis, to speed up the development of EMIhas become an urgent need.The article elaborates on the factors that affect industry competitiveness, defines thecontent of EMI, technological innovation and technology acquisition on the basis of relevantresearch, analyses the current situation of EMI in Hubei Province, points out the advantagesand existing problems. Then analyses the EMI competitiveness in Hubei province through thecomparison with other provinces, found that the competitiveness of EMI in Hubei province isat middle level, there is a big gap between the advanced provinces. Then research on theexperience of the developed countries, puts forward three kinds to enhance thecompetitiveness of Hubei’s EMI technology innovation path based on the characteristics ofHubei province: collaborative and technological innovation, mergers and acquisitions; thenmake inference analysis, the empirical analysis of Xiangyang merged Hubei Sanhuan has alsobeen carried on, to explore the technological innovation path for different enterprises indifferent industries. Finally, puts forward security measures for EMI’s technological innovation in Hubei province from the government level, enrichs the connotation of EMI inHubei province.Finally came to the conclusion: make the enterprises to obtain core technologies withindependent intellectual property rights of independent innovation requires greater financialand human capital, and it’s not easy to achieve, suits for large equipment manufacturingenterprises, such as Dongfeng motor, Wuchang shipbuilding, Sanjiang aerospace, Fiberhometechnology and a few of these industries based on large-scale equipment manufacturers.Ascollaborative innovation is embodied by an independent property rights to achieve commondevelopment, each enterprise has its own advantage, so the equipment manufacturingenterprises in any field can take the way of collaborative innovation; while the technicalintegration makes technology acquisition by technology and property integration, according todifferent characteristics of technical acquisition, found that metal products, automobile andship manufacturing and other large-scale traditional equipment manufacturing enterprise ismore suitable for technology into M&A, general equipment manufacturing, equipmentmanufacturing, communications manufacturing and some other enterprises which graduallydevelop to high-end industrial enterprises are more suitable for technological complementaryM&A and technological upgrading M&A.
