A Survey Of Rural Payment Issues Based On Baoding, Gaoyang County

Rural financial service system is the main core of the new rural construction, andcountryside payment environment is an important part of rural financial service system. Theconstruction work of payment system in our country has made rapid progress, but we shouldalso notice that most of the rural areas in China are still lack of payment service outlets,settlement channel being narrow, the method of payment and being single, cash as the mainpayment tool. Improve countryside payment environment is an important way of supportingthe "three rural policy", accelerating to promote and extend categories of modern paymenttool in rural areas, the countryside payment environment to establish an effective way toimprove the efficiency of rural resources, promoting rural economic development, promotingthe development of the construction socialism new countryside is of great significance.Through reading journals, newspapers, books and other gathering a large number ofrelevant materials, analyzing about the present situation of rural payment settlement in China,we find out the core in the development of countryside payment settlement. In the July11to15,our team went to Baoding,Gaoyang county to make a on-the-spot investigation, theinvestigation object is divided into two parts: the main part of the local Banks, another part isthe local residents. Through the visits, telephone surveys, questionnaires and other methods toobtain the first-hand information, we carefully analyzed the current Gaoyang county ruralpayment environment, the reasons in order to solve the problem. On the basis of this; we putforward the four targeted solutions to build a new system. We must deepen the reform of therural financial system, improving the rural financial service. If we want the rural incidents toget more convenient financial services, let more residents enjoy modern financial services inrural area, we must promote rural financial service level.
