With the development of e-commerce, more and more the medium and small businesses beginto use it to do business. B2B e-commerce platform became their first choice. At present, there aremany excellent B2B e-commerce platforms. Due to the fierce competition of the marketingeconomy, more enterprises became relying on e-business, which offers a great atmosphere for thedevelopment of B2B e-commerce platform. While at the same time, the traditional informationmedium can not satisfy their needs, small enterprises put forward deeper requirements in runningof B2B e-commerce platform. So improvements of the platform’s function and users’ satisfactionhave become the biggest and urgent problems the operators of e-commerce platforms must solve.This paper first overviews the previous theoretical research on e-commerce, supply-chain, andsatisfactory degrees..After analyzing the different running models, this essay designs thee-commerce satisfactory index from the perspective of integrating all the medium and smallbusinesses. Through using large amount of data, filtering the index and listening to the experts, itbuilds the third-party platform satisfactory evaluation system. What’s more, it builds JudgmentMatrix on the basis of level analyzing method and calculates the importance of different indexes.Last, it applies the system’s index to the two platforms Global Resources and HC.360.com. Then thepaper evaluates these two platforms’ satisfactory condition by using the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method. Last it gives the two platforms’ advantages and disadvantages according to thesatisfactory degree grades calculated by the author.The author thinks with the improvement of basic functions of B2B e-commerce platform, itshould offer more service functions. The managing mode changes from traditional informationoffering to transaction servicing. Put the satisfactory degrees of different enterprises first and theservice function goes around the whole supply-chain systems. In that way, the platform becomesthe real integrations of enterprises’ supply-chain and the traditional chains become electronic,net-working and unifying.This research comprehensively reflects expectation of enterprises to B2B e-commerceplatforms and the functions of two kinds of them in the integration of supply-chain. The authorhopes this study can offer some reference information to our country’s B2B e-commerce operatorsin improving the platform or platforms, and achieve the satisfactory of the B2B e-commerce usersfinally.
