With the in-depth development of the trend of economic globalization and the rapid rise ofecommerce, a range of information flow in enterprise is expanding, and the connotation ofenterprise management is further extended, So the Competition among enterprises has beevolved into a competition among the supply chains. The plan object of MRP under the supplychain environment also is no longer a single enterprise, but the whole supply chain system.Meanwhile, Capacity planning is evolved from the traditional planning model of singleenterprise or single factory into the collaborative planning model of various important node inthe supply chain, which means that an overall capacity planning should be made for the multipledispersed enterprises of the entire supply chain.Because the Content and Object scope of MRP and capacity planning have been changed,the BOM, as their important basis, also will be faced with new requirements and challenges. Inthe new circumstances that making the MRP aiming at the whole supply chain, BOM also issure to become connection link and the bridge among enterprise. However, the traditional BOMwhich just reflects product structure along with the number and affiliation of parts is no longermeet this requirement. Therefore, the traditional BOM needs to be adjusted and changedaccordingly.In this dissertation, the problems of the research and the application in existing BOM wasanalyzed, on the basis of traditional BOM information, and the factors of supplier capacity wereconsidered, then a constructor method of supply chain dynamic BOM based on suppliers’production capacity constraints is proposed, this BOM model can dynamically adapt to changesin the supply chain. And the implementation process of the dynamic BOM is given. Finally, asample program designed is presented for explanation.In building process of the new BOM model, in order to facilitate the supplier selection foreach node, this dissertation first proposes a concept of material requirement table, which refersto the requirements for all material of the final products in the quantity and time that representedby product structure tree form in time axis after MPS.In the phase of supplier’s capacity calculation and planning, in view of the existinginadequate scientific problems of capacity planning in the definition of the manufacturingresource capability, ability and other aspects, this dissertation redefines the attribute ofmanufacturing resources reflecting capacity, thus, the attribute of "processing"," capacity " and"state" is added on the basis of the definition of existing resources. The clearer description on the processing, processing capacity, as well as the state of different moments of resources, isconvenient for real-time control of resource availability and the realization of resourcescheduling in numbers of production tasks. This improvement capacity planning basing on themanufacturing resource state can help the enterprise to implement more accurate calculation andmore meticulous plan of its capacity.The new BOM structure, not only largely ensure that enterprises can run MRP correctlyand completely, but also reduce the corporate MRP maintenance costs, and improveproductivity. In addition, it helps to solve the constraints that MRP only planning internalcapacity from the traditional BOM, it has a great role in promoting that make production planby taking the supply chain as a whole system and the realization of ideas that Effectiveutilization of the various resources of the supply chain.
