Currently, the compitition of financial market has become severely stiff.Thecompitition between banks is not only reflected in product but service. The interbankcompetitive advantage reflects in service additional valuation. The core of serviceefficiency depends on hunman resource performance assesstment. Scientific and effectiveperformance assesstment will mobilize the intiative of staff.Therefore,it is very importantto research the performance assesstment which added service value chain.This thesis is designed to find out the optimal performance management program toimprove service efficiency by empirical evidence,Taking XY bank for research object.First part is to elaborate that performance management play an important role to promotebank’s core competitiveness.The second part is to analyse problems on performancemanagement based on XY bank’s development mode. The third part is a research on thedemand relations between customers、bank and staff according to Maslow’s hierarchy ofneeds and XY bank’s sevice value chain. The fourth part is to put forward the optimalperformance management program of XY bank.In this part is also to build performanceevaluation system and pay more attention to Staff Training and culture construction toensure the effective implementation of performance management system.This thesis is significative and has reference value to optimize and accelerate bank’sperformance evaluation.The research is also helpful to promote bank’s corecompetitiveness.
