Risk Management Research In CCB Hunan Branch Outlets Transformation Process Of The Retail

With the continued development of our economy, as consumers in the rapidly expanding financial services market, many commercial banks began to re-examine and push into the retail banking sector, causing intense competition for retail business market. So,bank outlets transformation came into being. China Construction Bank, according to the advanced international banking standards, firstly began transition of the retail business outlets. Business functions outlets led by the accounting transactions changed to oriented marketing services with achieved good results.This paper is based on the outlets transformation process of a special period of China Construction Bank Hunan branch. And by means of commercial bank risk management theory, this paper states some in-depth analysis and diagnosis, about the risks and deficiencies in China Construction Bank Hunan branch during the second generation of the transition process. Through case studies of China Construction Bank Hunan branch, this paper analysis the stage of risk management during the outlets transformation process, drawing on international experience of leading commercial banks, proposed China Construction Bank Hunan branch should be taken to control risks in the process of outlets transformation:Integration of human resources; establish a scientific performance appraisal system; optimal adjustment of the business system and process design to improve the system of enforce ability; the implementation of risk-based internal audit; establish and implement the overall cross-sector risk management.
