Today, both government and many institutes second a high attention on how to dealwith the livelihood issues. And the intense fact with the hospitalization is the most crucialone. So far, the scholars hold varied points and suggestions towards this situation indomestic and international researches. Regarding how to obtain profits for both hospitalsand patients under fierce relationship of doctors and suffers, taking practice intoinnovative management in hospitals is an effective measure. As to public hospitals,innovation is also a way to make profit and maintain competitive ability.Under management of planned economic system, inappropriate and unscientificissues happen in most public hospitals. They still make the management depend onexperiences, resulting in the administration maintaining in structure. The problems aredifficult to handle in detailed.After experiencing reform for more than30years, medical industry has changed a lot.However, with continuing critical relationship among hospitals, doctors and patients,many researcher and medical staff raise a suspicion on the methods of reform. So, it isvery necessary to build a new creative management system for public hospitals, also to thewhole medical industry.Relying on the background and development of transformation, the dissertationpresents content and problems of traditional management system. Also, through analysisof Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in the USA and National Health Service (NHC)in the UK, the writer proposes a innovation management system of public hospital inChina, focusing on the medical staff, service of patients and hospital marketization. TakingWuhan Union Hospital as an example, author makes a detailed analysis on the influenceand marketable significance of creative management.
