The evaluation system of green degree for household electrical appliances is an assessment of the closed-loop system for household electrical appliances in the whole life-cycle, which main analysis of the product life cycle stages and the overall resources, energy consumption, economic performance, etc, also including removable performance and recyclable performance of the product design and other major factors, through a comprehensive evaluation of the various indicators to determine whether the product is the green product or green degree sums. Through comprehensive evaluation and analysis process can also determine what products should be improved, and more. The green-degree evaluation system for products mainly include environmental attributes, resources, property, energy, property, economy, and pleasant nature and green management and equipment maintenance performance, etc. which contains a variety of factors, both quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, thus how to assess the green degree of products is a very complex issue, this paper using FAHP analysis the evaluation of the green degree for household refrigerator products. Main contents of this article are as follows:(1)On the basis of the analysis of the meaning for the green products, green design, built a green-degree evaluation index system for household electrical appliances. This paper according to the specific performance characteristics of household electrical appliances, according to national standards, and establishing an objective and reasonable evaluation index system, which includes the dynamic indicators and static indicators, both includes require quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of indicators.( 2 ) For example, to household refrigerators, using FAHP built a green-degree evaluation index system for household refrigerators, to consider the characteristics of the properties of the various indicators. Using fuzzy method carried out a macro-evaluation comprehensive analysis of the green degree for the examples of products, using a method of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis processing the data of indicators, and finally calculated the total green-degree evaluation results of product.(3)Design and development the software tools of the green-degree Comprehensive evaluation system model for household electrical appliances. The system is developed using VB6.0, this system is mainly aimed at the characteristics household electrical appliances and to comprehensive evaluation of green degree of it, this system including a large number of green knowledge and information, and can supply help for product development and design staff.
