Iron and steelenterprises faced with the severe situation of management, so it is necessary in view ofthe present situation of the iron and steel enterprise performance management analysisand evaluation, to find the advantages and disadvantages of iron and steel enterprisesexist, for the iron and steel enterprises to formulate correct development strategy andmeasures in the complex environment of domestic and international market, lay afoundation as soon as possible out of the dilemma. Therefore, effective and scientificanalysis and evaluation of the iron and steel enterprise performance is very important.In this paper, the performance of iron and steel enterprises in China as the researchobject, the performance evaluation theory as a guide, in the full investigation foundation,the first combination of iron and steel enterprises of their own characteristics, analysisof the current development of iron and steel enterprises in China and the existing problems; secondly, using the performance evaluation method is scientific andreasonable, one is using comprehensive score method, the election of31China’s listedsteel companies from2007to2011on the financial index data as sample, through thecalculation and analysis of the financial index value changes and development trend,analyses the performance evaluation and the overall trend of China’s iron and steelenterprises. On this basis, in order to evaluate its performance, makes the evaluationresults more consistent with practical, the two is the use of fuzzy analysis method in thecase of a listing Corporation, the index system by combining the financial andnon-financial indicators, evaluation from the performance level perspective, analyze andevaluate the performance of the same operating conditions, the conclusion and theperformance is poor, in accordance with the actual situation of China’s iron and steelenterprises. Finally, according to the evaluation of China’s iron and steel enterprises inrecent years the performance analysis results, in the fully confirmed and understand thebasis of performance of iron and steel enterprises in China, aiming at the existingproblems put forward countermeasures and suggestions and draw relevant conclusions.
