The article firstly application of the method entropy weight model-theAnalytic Hierarchy-MATLAB, two aspects of subjective and objective calculate theweight of various risk factors, in order to avoid too subjective of expert scoring, andthen to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, calculated by MATLABsoftware quantitative the level of risk of the project, in order to evaluate the degree ofproject risk.
