The rapid development of world economic integration, in the era of knowledgeeconomy, the enterprise’s core competitiveness has become a competition for humancapital. Human resources is important and core resources is the fundamental drivingforce to promote enterprise development and innovation, enterprises not only to choosethe right people with the right person, good people, must find ways to attractive, toretain people. Source of strength of the talent to become the enterprise development andinnovation, the talent relationship with sustainable development of enterprises.Incentives to stimulate demand as the core of modern human resource management, andmotivation, enthusiasm and creativity of the internal driving force to enhance tractiontalent talents. How to attract and retain talent, motivate talented people to become thefocus of attention, but the talent incentive enterprises will face a variety of problems,therefore, to establish a scientific and effective incentives for enterprises is particularlyimportant.By documentary research to investigate the combination of questionnaires andinterviews, the status of research of the cultural headquarters of the Guangzhou RailwayGroup, Changsha branch personnel incentives, identify their talent incentive existenceproblems, such as the lack of human resources, strategic planning, incentive systems donot perfect, lack of career planning, management, and training system is imperfect, andthe building of enterprise culture behind. Then through the experience of Haier andHuawei human motivation analysis, pointed out that the experience of Haier andHuawei talent incentive to learn from their successful practices to optimizecountermeasures proposed cultural headquarters of the Guangzhou Railway Group theChangsha branch personnel incentives. This paper argues that the company to focus onhuman resource planning, the perfect incentive systems and career planning, focus ontraining incentives, optimized to provide protection through the construction of thesystem of innovation and enterprise, culture and organizational talent incentivemechanism to enhance the mutual recognition of the enterprise and its employees,enhance employee happiness.
