The Research About Cultivating Core Competitiveness Of Inner Mongolia Chen Hong Li Chemical Company Of Chen Hong Li Group

With challenges of China’s accession to WTO and the increasingly fierce market competition, companies force to constantly look for the road of survival and development of the strategic management. According to Prahalad and Hamel’s "core competencies" theory, the core competitiveness of enterprises is why companies can become bigger and stronger and maintain long-term development. Therefore, the most important issue to formulating development strategies of the enterprises is to enhance their core competitiveness. The main topics of cultivate the core competitiveness contains follow aspects:How to keep an inexhaustible driving force for development under severe economic situation, how to win a good social reputation, how to get a competitive initiative in the industry.Inner Mongolia Chen Hong Li Group was established in June2003as one of hundred famous companies of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a main chemical company, and also set coal development, commercial, cultural, tourism, electricity production. Group Company’s main Chen Hong Li chemical Co., Ltd relies on the coal, crude salt, limestone and power resources of Alashan and surrounding areas, constructing the chlor-alkali chemical projects. The company has won the key projects building advanced enterprise、Alashan advanced League and Technology Progress Award, the Alashan innovative enterprises title, and also was awarded the Technology of private enterprises by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Office of Science.In this thesis, based on the core competence theory, PEST and SWOT analysis tools are applied to analyze Chen Hong Li chemical Co., Ltd of Chen Hong Li Group in Inner Mongolia as the main object, for example, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of internal resources and external competitive environment, and establish the identification and evaluation system of the enterprise to comprehensive evaluate the core competitiveness. In the end, the core competitiveness of enterprises breeding programs and maintenance strategy will be given.The purpose of the article is to study how to maintain a long-term competitive advantage by cultivating core competitiveness of enterprises. It will provide some guiding ideas to the enterprises of same region and industry; furthermore it will give good reference to the effective strategic planning of the enterprises.
