A Research On Chen Yun's Thought Of Overall Balance

Comrade Chen Yun was a long-tested brilliant leader of the Party and the State,one of the pioneers and founders of China's socialist economic construction. Chen Yun started to participate in leading our Party's economic affairs during the period of Anti-Japan War in Yan'an in the 1940s. After new China founding, Chen Yun was in charge of financial and economic affairs more than 40 years.
