The Culture Management Studies On YLT Group Company

YLT group company (here after referred to as a YLT)is one of the flagship enterprises in NingXia Hui Autonomous Region.The company experienced the development and progress by leaps and bounds since it was founded.The revenue per annum is rank toward the top of the autonomous region at present. It began to foster an enterprise culture and made some achievements in the construction of enterprise culture and management after2004. Since it was controlled by the State Power Corporation (here after referred to as a SPC) in the end of2009and injected capital in2010, it had some problems and bottlenecks after the culture convergence of "Happiness" by YLT and "Home" by SPC.This article is mainly to find the reason of this problem and give some solutions by illustrate the enterprise culture management and analys YLT enterprise culture management.It is hope to give some constructive suggestions and provide some references for state-owned enterprise or other enterprise which is concentrate on the culture management after culture convergence.
