With the increasingly fierce catering enterprises talent to contend for battle to turn white-hot, catering enterprises frequent flow of personnel problems have become increasingly prominent, the high turnover rate of talent has become a difficult problem for enterprise managers. Not only caused a catering business skills and experience of the loss, increased cost, hotel brand reputation, employee loyalty and cohesion reduce, but also a direct threat to the survival and development of catering enterprises. The causes of employee turnover is many sided, based on the catering industry, in the case of BJ company from cause employee flow the most direct factor--enterprise salary system rationality to find high staff turnover rates, and has targeted for BJ company current compensation system reform provides a new salary system design in order to better control the BJ company, employee turnover, and hope that other catering enterprises can get edificatory from which, in order to reduce the loss of employees of catering enterprises.
