Minmetals Minmetals Group Business Center is one of six operations centers.In recent years, CMN business center through actively implement the "going out"strategy, have been completed worldwide resources, industry, marketing networklayout.With the economic development pattern and industrial structure adjustment andupgrading, energy conservation, technological innovation, mergers and acquisitionsand environmental governance as the focus of the future direction of development ofnon-ferrous metals industry. Meanwhile, the state-owned enterprises also requireCMN’s mission operations center next to strengthen international cooperation toimprove the resources and support capabilities, and enhance core competitiveness andsustainable development capacity. Non-ferrous metal industry is characterized byglobal competition requires CMN business center must control advantages of mineralresources, improve the allocation of production factors, on a global scale to promoteindustry consolidation and reorganization, increasing technological innovation,management innovation to introduce the concept to achieve the real economy and therational combination of the virtual economy.CMN current business strengths and weaknesses exist. Industrial landscapecomplete, but industry links and metal category involving excessive; rapid growth ofassets and income scale, but profitability has declined; non-ferrous metals industry inthe world already has a considerable competitive edge, but the complexity ofindustrial organization, coordination difficulties; capital sufficient number ofplatforms, but the lack of mainline and uneven development; business model hasachieved successful transformation, but the business layout affected by variousconstraints, the need to balance the relationship between parties.In this thesis, CMN determine the future development of the business centerpositioning and direction of development; the current number of business conductscreening to determine primary and secondary focus on business development;category as the main business and industrial development planning and integration,organizational integration program; the current CMN business Center raised capitalmultiple capital platform integration solutions and action plans.
