Research On Management Mechanism Of The Mode Of Group Purchase Fuel For Freight Vehicles Without Leaving The Freight Station

In recent years, the abnormal fluctuations in international fuel prices seriouslyaffects the development of the road freight market, resulting in the increase in the costof road freight market and the emergence of unstable factors. In order to resolve thedifficult problem of freight vehicle refueling, to meet the growing fuel demand, andpromote the healthy and stable development of China’s road freight market, the modeof group purchase fuel for freight vehicles without leaving the freight station isrecommended, though establishing a skid-mounted refueling device at the freightstation. The thesis relies on the project “Freight vehicles without leaving the freightstation group purchase fuel feasibility study in Chongqing”.Firstly, starting from feasibility analysis, a full exposition and analysis from theaspects of the policy, technical, and social benefits, economic efficiency andenvironmental effectiveness of this mode is made. The analysts believe that this modeis feasible and will bring enormous social, economic and environmental benefits.Secondly, the determining method of minimum economic scale of gas station andfreight station is put forward, laid the theoretical and practical foundation for theimplementation of group purchase fuel mode. Though researching on aspects ofbusiness model, access conditions of freight station and fuel supply companies, grouppurchase fuel reporting procedures, group purchase fuel management mechanism, acomplete set of industry management mechanisms for group purchase fuel isestablished. Last, this paper, take Chongqing as an example, make an empiricalanalysis for the research results.It is proved by empirical research that the mode of group purchase fuel for freightvehicles without leaving the freight station can not only reduce the cargo vehiclesempty-loaded rate, reduce logistics costs, but also can reduce fuel consumption andexhaust emissions, save energy, in addition to achieve the purpose of directing traffic,effectively alleviate the traffic pressure on freight vehicles refueling.
