Research On The Risks Of The Construction Project Of China-Esean Flower Industrial Park

As the flower industry has the features of high input, high output, high profit, yet inevitable high risk, this research is designed to look into the current flower and seeding industry of China, Guangxi and Nanning, to analyze the present status of flower and seeding industry of China, Guangxi and Nanning, including current situations, challenges and potential problems, and to explore the methods of raising the level of Guangxi’s and Nanning’s flower and seeding industry via the construction projects of flower and seeding markets. It analyzes the benefit risk and other risks in flower and seeding market, using the China-ESEAN Flower Industrial Park as an example. The author considers that the China-ESEAN Flower Industrial Park project has relatively large ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit. The possible finance, policy, marketing, technology, management, external cooperation and land could be avoided by methods of reduction, dodge and transfer. Thus the project of the China-ESEAN Flower Industrial Park is necessary and feasible.
