In the era of market economy and information society, career development space is rapidly expanding, vocational selection and transformation probability increase, young employees incentive demand shows the tendency of dynamic, personalized, and subjective. How to build a long-standing mechanism to young employees incentive and retain the core personnel, reduce the high turnover rate of human resources development and management costs, is a major issue that the enterprise human resources management research have to face.This article first introduced the internal and external environment of the NF bank in the face of young employees motivation, and research results about young employees incentive at home and abroad,so as to make analysis and evaluation, and points out that the value of the life cycle theory make guidance for young employees incentive. In the third chapter, through young employees incentive status for preliminary analysis In NF bank, find out the NF bank’s young employees incentive does not reach the designated position, on this basis, respectively, in the fourth chapter, through the representative of the young departure staff and in-service young employees for interview, and extracting three municipal agencies’young employees as samples to carry on the questionnaire survey, using SPSS software to carry on the empirical analysis, this article finally extract the main incentive factors that the NF bank young employees pay most attention to,and establish the logical link to the value of the life cycle.The ffifth chapter is the foucs of this article. around the value of the life cycle, This chapter mainly discusses the idea, principle, specific content and safeguard measures of the concrete about the NF bank’s young employees incentive optimization. this paper points out that vocational guidance, career path, job enrichment, fair assessment and selection get incentive effects for a long time to young employees,.finally,in the sixth chapter,studies are summarized, the application of life cycle value research are prospected. This article can provide reference for the similar financial institutions, and achieve the purpose of putting to use through case study.
