Therefore, it play an importantrole in its future development.This thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical research andempirical analysis:In the first theoretical study part: the thesis firstly elaborates the distribution center concept,function, location principle, and the influencing factors, and it also analyzes the existing method,which lays a theoretical foundation for this thesis. Then on the basis of the research status, theauthor uses the related logistics theory to determine the method of this study. First the authoruses the quantitative methods–use the center of gravity method to determine alternativelocations, and qualitatively analyze the alternative ones.Then the author does the quantitativeanalysis based on the collected data–use the least-cost method to do the scientific evaluation ofthe proposed program. Finally the author makes the optimal location plan for the enterpriseIn the second empirical analysis: the author collects the Jingzhi wine sales data and sums upthe plate and regionalization characteristics of the wine sales market in Jiaodong Peninsula.Using the data and the gravity method, the author determines Weifang City as an alternativelocation. Combined with the geographical conditions, traffic conditions, and logistics enterprise development in weifang, the author offers two ways to create a distribution center. Taking theminimum cost as the goal, the author comes to the optimal scheme.The best location ofdistribution center for Jingzhi wine company is in the city of Weifang, and to take logisticsbusiness entrusted to a third party can more effectively reduce logistics costs.The establishment of the logistics center is a sophisticated system. And it is no doubt thatthis will be a great high-risk investment for enterprises.Therefore, the plan of a distributioncenter should be carefully analyzed and carried out step by step to make the optimal design.
