Optimization Of Internal Control System Of HZ Pharmaceutical Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. In The Information Technology Environment

At present, information technology, especially network technology,is rapidly developing，and its applications are becoming increasinglymature and extensive. Human beings are moving in the direction ofinformation and network society. Information is not only an intangibleresources of modern society，but also the basis of modern management,and it has an extensive and in-depth penetration into society’s political,economic, cultural, military and other fields. In this context, thedependence of the information management in enterprises is growing.Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the people’s livelihood, hasa natural high-risk, such as the risk of excessive concentration on mainproducts, risk of changes in market prices of raw materials，risk of newproduct development and approval, tighter government regulation risk，technology disclosure risk，and thus the internal control in HZ isparticularly important.In the information technology environment, there are obviousshortcomings in original internal control system of HZ. They have affectedthe normal activities of the enterprise management, affected theeffective control of the risks of operating activities, so it is necessaryto optimize them. In this paper, we have research on internal controlsystem optimization problem of HZ.Firstly, this paper describes the concept of internal control in theinformation technology environment, as well as its theoretical foundation for the development. Secondly, combined with the actual situation of theHZ analysis of its internal control problems in the information technologyenvironment, is the line-by-line analysis of the causes of the problem.After the analysis, the paper argues that HZ company’s internal controlproblems are mainly due to company executives biased understanding,institution building problems, not enough importance to human resourcesand other aspects. Then, after a brief introduction to the principle ofoptimization of the internal control system in the informationenvironment, it proposes an optimization framework. Finally, basing onthe actual situation and the proposed optimization framework of the HZcompany，it carries out the detailed design of the internal control systemoptimization program. Specifically, the following aspects are as follows:the refinement of the original internal control objectives, optimizationand business process re-adjusting the organizational structure andfunctions of the authority, identify control points, control measures,optimization of enterprise risk management mechanism, optimize thesupervision and management of accountability mechanisms to improve humanresources. I hope this study can provide a reference to further improvingthe HZ management activities, and reducing its commercial risks.
