In the context of economic globalization in the 21 st century,the development of enterprises is faced with more challenges and threats,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the operating cost and risk coefficient continue to rise,which directly affects the realization of the strategic goals of enterprises.How to prevent financial risks,strengthen internal management,and enhance their own competitiveness has become a common problem faced by modern enterprises.ERM framework is a widely used governance means in the current enterprise internal management,which has been highly concerned by the theoretical and practical circles.How to give full play to the advantages and values of ERM framework,scientifically use the company’s internal control to effectively achieve risk management,and ensure the realization of strategic goals has become a key problem to be solved in today’s era.This thesis focuses on the ERM framework,from the actual situation of MS Pharmaceutical Company,combined with the company’s development strategy objectives,to explore the effectiveness of the implementation of the company’s internal control and to optimize it,the research content of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of the topic,the value of the study,the literature on internal control research at home and abroad,and the content and methodology of the study.Chapter 2: Theoretical foundation of internal control,describes the concepts of internal control and ERM framework,the elements and objectives of ERM framework,the relationship between internal control and risk management,the development history of internal control and the practical revelation of integration of internal control and risk management,etc.,which sets the stage for the study of this thesis.Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of internal control in MS Company: ERM framework perspective.Firstly,a brief introduction of MS Company’s business operation and financial status is given,and then the elements and objectives of ERM framework are used as the entry point to analyze the current status of internal control implementation in MS Company by combining the interview results.Chapter 4: Evaluation of MS Company’s internal control system: AHP application.By recovering and collating the questionnaire survey results,we objectively evaluated MS Company’s internal control evaluation system after constructing it with the help of hierarchical analysis and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,from which specific internal control deficiencies were identified: inadequate organizational structure,insufficient risk management culture tone,ineffective risk supervision by the board of directors,lack of social responsibility,low correlation between strategy and risk,incomplete risk warning mechanism,poor review effect,internal control No tracking of rectification,inadequate information disclosure,etc.Chapter 5: Optimization measures of MS Company’s internal control system.In response to the deficiencies in internal control of MS Company in Chapter 4,constructive suggestions are made to optimize the ideas and improve the organizational structure,set the tone of risk management,and strengthen the supervision of the board of directors.Many companies today lack the concept of examining the effectiveness of internal control implementation from the perspective of strategy and risk,and fail to understand the intrinsic relationship between risk and internal control implementation performance.The research results of this thesis optimize and improve the internal control system of MS,and provide new ideas and methods for the determination of internal control loopholes and system optimization in the pharmaceutical industry,in order to promote the optimization of internal control in the pharmaceutical industry upgrade;at the same time,we hope to provide reference and reference for the effective performance of internal control in other industries,so as to regulate corporate behavior and social order and create a harmonious and beautiful market atmosphere. |
