The Study Of Enterprises Internal Control System Under Information Environment

Enterprises based on information environment are rising and developing with advancement of information and net technology. They have made changes from three aspects: organization structure, business process and information process, so that the internal control system of the enterprise of course has a different meaning and operational mode from the traditional environment. The traditional theory of internal control will not meet the demand of the new information environment.So the thesis is base on this background, begin to study about the internal control system under the information environment. Different from the traditional theory , the thesis is established on the system theory, information theory and control theory, and build up the new internal control system mode fit for the information environment. Then, the thesis demonstrate the operation of this internal control system mode through the enterprise case and make the suggestion that the internal control system under information system should pay more attention to the management pattern, information system operation and the information personnel training under information system.
