Pharmaceutical companies are source of pharmaceutical distribution, which have significant impact on the amountã€categoriesã€scale, circulation methods of medicine. Based on past sales data, the pharmaceutical companies forecast and draw up production planning. However, the lack of cooperation between enterprises brings about the barriers to communication which increase the difficulty for pharmaceutical companies to formulate planning. Especially for some seasonal drugs, whose demands vary greatly over time, pharmaceutical companies always establish seasonal inventory in the off-season to prepare for the hot season. Obvious, it may cause backlog. If pharmaceutical companies offer price discounts before selling period to inspire the wholesalers ordering in advance or increasing the order amount, the inventory backlog will be alleviate effectively.Firstly, this thesis introduces the characteristics of medicine and medical supply chain. Then we expound the inventory control strategy based on medicine characteristics.In pharmaceutical enterprises as the main body, the seasonal drug characteristics, take the response type strategy based on the order. After a detailed analysis of various influence factors of medicine profits, we simulate a price discount model about advanced booking, and then calculate the optimal price discount. |
