In1992, China introduced a personal insurance marketing system, after more than20years of development, has made outstanding contributions to the rapid growth of the insurance industry, the life-insurance company will give priority to such sales channels, to enhance their competitiveness in the industry. However, in China’s economic transition stage, the development of the insurance industry also change rapidly, along with the changes of social conditions, problems and drawbacks of this system has appeared step by step. So, the reform of the insurance marketing system and further improvement is an important task for the insurance company.In this paper, through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of Ping An insurance company marketing system, and compares with the overseas mature and outstanding experience, combined with the status quo of China’s insurance industry and the current market and social environment, the staff system, Proxy Companies, individual agent three transformation ways are analyzed, analysis results show that, for each transformation models have the advantages and limitations, to a company of insurance marketing system transformation, based on development strategy and sales team in the full research on in order to make the transition selection.This article’s innovation lies in:from the angle of practical problem solving in peace the company as the research object, the transformation of the individual life insurance marketing system may be faced with the dilemma and the solution is analyzed, in order to study the different transformation models, prediction of companies and transition effects, to provide reference for transformation of other insurance companies, in order to improve the practicability of this article. The conclusions of this paper:from the actual situation, based on the existing life insurance marketing system as a foundation, gradually promote the system transformation, combined with a variety of organic and effective transformation model, according to the actual situation of his own company, find stability, optimization of the marketing system transition path.
