In the process of development of the life insurance industry, the personal marketing of life insurance account for the most share of the life insurance market, playing a very important role to improve and promote the development of life insurance. In the insurance industry, the scope of the policyholders is very broad, including all levels of society, various industries, various groups, if the policy is sold by the insurer alone, this will increase the difficulty of the insurer, because the insurer can not know every industry, on the contrary, if the life insurance personal marketing system is used, to make use of the professional advantages of life insurance salesmen, not only improve the quality of service protection, but also in favor of the insurers'expanding their business in various industries, increase the income of the insurer. In addition, life insurance salesmen sales policy by contacting with clients face-to-face, mastering information about customers, including the economic and risk situation, insurers can easily get the information of people in various industry through life insurance salesmen, and then analysis the information, improve the insurance terms, and design insurance products that meet the needs of customer in the insurance market.The whole idea of this paper is discussing the history the current situation and the problems in the context of the life insurance salesman' important role in the life insurance industry in China, analyzing the reason that cause the problem, learning from developed in order to make recommendations to the problems of China's life insurance personal marketing system. Details are as follows:The first part is the Introduction to this paper, discussing the contextual meaning of this study, the main content and research methods.The second part is mainly about the theoretical analysis of the life insurance personal marketing system. The first section is about the analysis of marketing theory, including the definition of marketing concepts and the difference of marketing and selling; and then discourse concept of insurance marketing and life insurance marketing, attributes of life insurance marketing; the last section is about the basic mode and life insurance personal marketing system, making the way for the following discussion.The third part is about the life insurance personal marketing system of USA.UK and Japan, mainly about the following aspects:the legal status of life insurance salesmen, qualification, salary structures, rank, promotion, education and training, etc., and the experience of the three countries is related:life insurance personal marketing system plays an indispensable role, industry self-regulation play an important role in the insurance market, education and training throughout the career of the life insurance salesmen, has always been life insurance salesmen and the belonging sense of life insurance salesmen is very important, to be able to get some inspiration from the summary, thus contributing to China's life insurance personal marketing system perfect.The fourth section describes the history and current situation of China's life insurance personal marketing system, including the development background, the history and the contribution of life insurance personal marketing system in China. Development background is mainly discussed in terms of the internal mechanism and external environment; the historical is mainly about the development of China's life insurance personal marketing system, the history is divided into three stages:initial stage, the rapid development stage and the perfect stage. The role and contribution of China's life insurance life insurance personal marketing system includes the following aspects:to promote the life insurance industry by leaps and bounds, the rapid increase in the supply of life insurance products, help create jobs and promote the development of the life insurance market. The main innovation of the paper:1.The paper have more comprehensive analysis on the Personal marketing system on foreign life insurance, summarizing the foreign life insurance personal marketing system and improving the discourse on foreign life insurance personal marketing system.2.This paper not only discusses the appearance of life insurance personal marketing system, and digging a deeper reason, providing ideas for the this reason.3. Learning from developed countries, making recommendations for the existing problems of China's life insurance personal marketing system by horizontal comparison and vertical comparison.Because of the constraints of time and capacity, there are some problems and need further study:1.The content of life personal marketing system are broad, in order to facilitate the comparison of domestic and foreign, only part of the contents are discussed, the foreign literature are difficult to find, so I did not explore it, there are need for further research, as the social security.2. Whether the proposals of this paper can be implemented in practice and play a role is unclear, so the future research in this area is needed.3. I believe that this paper would be better if related comprehensive case is analyzed, the related in not discussed in detail for the limitations of the data, so the future case study is needed.
