With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the implementation of the strategyof national rise of central China.the development of wholesale business and retail business is rapid in Henan province. In recentyears, the supermarket as one of the retail forms has bloomed everywhere in urban and rural areas of ourprovince. The Competition of retail market is more and more intense. The market of university campus ofthis study, which has been paid attention to by more and more retail enterprises, is a unique and potentialmarket segment. The author as a manager of campus supermarket in a university of Henan province,participates in competition of retail market of university campus and deeply understands fierce and cruelcompetition of the campus retail market in recent years. So how to make the campus supermarket seize themarket advantage, and develop and grow constantly in environmental changing circumstances, becomes anurgent problem to be solved.This article masters and understands the basic theories of marketing strategies, and formulatesbasic methods of marketing strategies through the domestic and international marketing strategies. TakingZY campus supermarket as an example, through the marketing environment SWOT analysis method,Porter’s five forces analysis method and other analysis methods to analyze the current marketing strategy ofthe campus supermarket, find existing problems of the ZY campus supermarket in operatingmanagement, put forward the Suggestions to solve the problem and put forward the strategicplanning for the long-term development of the enterprise. This article also uses a questionnaire survey ofconsumption characteristics of ZY college students to conduct a sampling survey and obtains the first-handinformation of the consumer demand of ZY college students. Combined with the related literature ofreference and the author’s work experience of many years, this article puts forward a series of marketinginnovation methods. I Hope that these countermeasure and the method can improve the corecompetitiveness of the campus supermarket and let it become a leading enterprise of campus businesscircle.
