The rural-urban area is a kind of new-type transitional area derived on the basis of a rural-city region system. Because of its special geographic conditions,as the head of rural areas and tail of cities,the rural-urban area is not only the direction of the urban expansion, but also the focus of the cultivated land reserves.The rural-urban area is the concentration field of issues which the urban and rural coordinateness is facing.Using the method combining domestic and foreign theoretical analysis and field research,this paper taking Jiujiang county as a specific case,using theoretical analysis and field research.This paper analyzes the status and existing problems in the changing and development of cultivated land proteciton in Jiujiang county.Finally,the paper advances the countermesasures to the structure of urban-rural-integration-area protecting and controlling.This paper take the Jiujiang county as the real diagnosis research object,has conducted the protection of cultivated land theory and the method. This part expounds the research background, purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign research progress of the urban rural, and the research target and main contents of the paper which helps to set up a technical framework.2. This part introduces the theory of pressure index model analysis method of cultivated land,multiple linear regression method and regression analysis method.4. On the base of the theoretical analysis,this part takes Jiujiang county as an example.This part expounds the general situation of Jiujiang county and the importance of cultivated land protection.Based on the mathematical model,It estimates the least cultivated areas in the whole county.Using a linear regression method and secondary smooth movement model to forecast the least cultivated areas.Finally,puts forward sublimed suggestion to the strategy of urban-rural coordinateness in order to the sustainable development of Jiujiang county.5.
