The Studies On Performance Evaluation Of Manufacturing Listed Companies’ M&A

Merger and acquisition is an important way of enterprise development, it plays a more and more important role in increasing market share,expanding production scale, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, implementing brand management strategy and diversification strategy etc.These manufacturing industry enterprises have achieved good results in M & A currently, and have gradually become the main body of mergers and acquisitions,as a result, manufacturing M&A Performance improve conducive to the improvement of the overall social welfare,in view of this,the thesis carries out an empirical research on manufacturing M&A Performance.This paper studied from six aspects on the performance of merger & acquisition in manufacturing listing companies.Firstly, the article introduces the research background, significance, ideas and innovation,on the basis of that, summarizes the studies on the performance evaluation both home and abroad, lists related concepts and theories systematically regarding to the performance, which lays the first stone of the article; Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research,the article elaborates problems and present situation on mergers and acquisitions of manufacturing listing companies; Thirdly, selecting the appropriate financial indicators, using factor analysis and accounting research method,this article conducts an empirical research on manufacturing M&A performance, builds evaluation model of M & A performance for manufacturing listing companies, makes a quantitative study on the level of M & A performance for manufacturing listing companies in China; Finally, combining with evaluation results and practical problems of M & A in manufacturing listing companies, the article proposes countermeasures to improve the performance of the level of mergers and acquisitions of manufacturing listed companies in China from the external environment and internal environment of manufacturing listing companies systematically.The empirical research on manufacturing M&A performance can make contributions to the relevant government decision-making departments to formulate policies and systems, on the other hand, it also provides a theoretical reference for manufacturing listing companies to make M$A decision.
