Study On The Transformation Of Rural Land System And Endowment Ways After The Establishment Of The PRC

Agricultural land system is the core and foundation of country social and economic system. It closely linked agricultural production, rural development and farmers daily life. Agricultural land system undergone several changes after founding a state:land reformation making farmers thousands of years "land to the tiller" dream come true; farmers lost their land ownership again during the collectivization period, the agricultural land to be transferred to the collective; the household contract responsibility system changing the combination way of farmer and land, land using right come back to the farmers again by fixing farm output quotas for each household based on rural collective land ownership. However, each land system changing has different effect on farmer’s daily life.This paper research from three aspects:Firstly, analysis country land system evolution context from land reform period, collectivization period and the household contract period, and explain the relationship of farmer and land according to the land function during different period; secondly,analysis after the founding of rural old-age changes in the process, expound from the supply subject and supply content in different periods, especially discuss the content from the living mode, economic support, life care and solace aspects; thirdly, summarize the characteristics of the rural land system and rural old-age presented in different stages, and explore the land system in different stage how to effect rural old-age presented.The study shows that:in land system changing respect, the relationship between farmers and land transferred intimate" during the land reform period into "alienation" during collectivization period, and to be intimate" shortly and then "alienation" again during the household contract responsibility system period; in family pension changing respect, although the family always been the supply subject, the pension supply subject experienced family pension to the collective economic support family pension, and then to pluralistic under the protection of the family pension. The supply content in day-to-day care and solace is waking. In addition, the land system changing through affecting the rural family functions, lifestyle, and family relations to effect rural old-age.
