Research On Aquatic Products Import And Export Trade Of Dongshan Country

Fujian Province is a province for fishing industry, in recent years, the export of aquatic products has been developing quickly. The foreign exchange earned through the export of aquatic products is high, capturing14.3%of the total exporting amount of domestic aquatic products, ranking the forth in domestic. As the important window for trading with Taiwan, Dongshan has a141-kilometer-long coastline, the offshore fishing ground area is2.63km2. It is one of the top100fishing counties in domestic and the top10in Fujian Province. With the highlight of competition situation between offshore fishing regions, the increase speed of exporting aquatic products in Dongshan has slown down obviously. Under the new situation, the analysis on the export of aquatic products in Dongshan is the premise and the base to promote the fishing industry to develop in a continuous, healthy and stable way.The analysis on the export of aquatic products firstly concerns on the present situations of both exporting aquatic products and fishing industry operation in Fujian Province, then it details to the export situation of aquatic products in Dongshan, thus gaining the economic characteristics of working process on the trade of aquatic products, then we set the basis of strategy analysis on the export of aquatic products in Dongshan using the method called SWOT. In the following, through empirical research methods of Grey Relation Analysis and Fuzzy Close-degree Analysis, we ascertain the main factors affecting the export of aquatic products in Dongshan, drawing a conclusion that the total amount of export trade is one of the most important factors having effect on the production amount of aquatic products. We can say that the more production amount of aquatic products in Dongshan, the larger the total amount of export trade. We use the regression equation to ascertain the influence extent on aquatic products exerted by fishing and cultivation. Freshwater cultivation has much severer effect on the production amount of aquatic products compared to ocean fishing and ocean cultivation, then we know that freshwater cultivation can be regarded as a representative factor affecting the production amount of aquatic products. Last, we use Grey Relation Forecast model to get the answer and analyze conclusion, from which we can find a high accuracy of prediction.The methods to strengthen competitiveness of export of aquatic products in Dongshan are followings:enhancing government’s regulation in macro level and strengthening regulation’s effect, carefully making development plan, intensifying the construction of base for export, preventing foreign technical trade barriers, augmenting the construction of safety management system for aquatic product’s quality, building the example base for aquatic products which are without public hazard, giving powerful support to the development of enterprises exporting aquatic products, expanding the organization duty and service duty of guild, quickening the update of product structure in micro level, improving technology contents in enterprises, strengthening quality management and improving nuclear competitiveness of enterprises. Each process, from government, then enterprise, to product, should relate closely, then we try our best to improve the competitiveness in exporting aquatic products to a higher level.
