With the big improvement of the enterprise management theory,the problem thatwhether we can improve its management efficiency by the way of increasing of thecontents of employee involvement,and improve the enterprise performance finally inthe listed companies which are in high speed development period,has become a keytopics in the related study fields in China.Many scholars abroad have proofed that, the participation of employees is notonly an important means for enterprises to implement effective incentive andconstraint on the staff by empiricaling, but also it can solve the problems ofinformation asymmetry in the process of enterprise management, enterprise reflectsthe people-oriented management concept, an important way to improve the efficiencyof enterprise management, therefore, it is also increasingly accepted by modernenterprises.In china, many scholars have made a lot of research for employee involvementtheory and practice in the west countries. At present, there is not enough empiricalresearch on the statistical characteristic, but they has confirmed that the differences inthe staff’s gender,age,marital status,education level and work position etcdemographic characteristics have significant influences on the employee participationin management,but the influences are not the same.According to the related literature induction analysis, the article will be dividedinto two dimensions,employee participation in the management and employeeparticipation in the governance.The company performance is analyzed from twodimensions, employee performance and company performance.At the same time, inreference to the relevant representative questionnaires, this study developed aquestionnaire about turnover intention scale and the employee’ satisfaction to theirjob.The article has choosen22listed companies in the city of shen yang as theresearch sample,aiming to study the correlation between the listed company employee involvement and corporate performance,and analysising the actual effectsthat the listed company employees involved in China.On the basis,the article hasprovide some advices for the listed company employees involvement in the theaspects of the ways of participation,the design of the participation system,the staffpersonal, the organization guarantee and so on. This paper has analysisedquantitatively the correlation between the listed company employee involvement andthe corporate performance.At the same time,the paper using SPSS17.0to analsisthe collected data, containing the analysises of regression reliability variancecorrelation and so on,to research the correlation between listed company employeeinvolvement and corporate performance in shen yang,and extending the correlation ofthe conclusion to China.Through the study we can find that the company employeeinvolvement have positively relateship with the employee performance,also with theperformance.In addition,the ways of the employees involved don’t have the sameinfluence to the performance of the company....
