Theinternational engineering contracting industry bring the designing, building, exports andoverseas resource discovering together, which means it’s an all-around activity that containsgood exports, technology exports, labor exports and management exports. Based on the results of part2and part3, we value the inner and external factorsand choose the proper development strategy by using IE and QSPM matrix. In the fifth part,this article introduces the detailed steps for implementation of the strategies with additionalmeasures to guarantee the implementation of strategy. The sixth part summarize all the resultsthat we have got in this article.According to the research, we find that the proper strategy for GMG is SO growthstrategy.
