After China’s accession to the WTO, China’s inspection and certification industry is facingunprecedented opportunities and challenges. As the "flagship" companies in the ChinaCertification&Inspection industry, the following are the most practical question in front ofCCIC. How to follow The scientific development concept, to be creative, enterprising andimprove the company’s core competitiveness; how to continue to build the CCIC inspectionand certification as the benchmark for national brands in the international competition.Equipment Calibration industry is the breakthrough of our company strategic approach. CCICGuangdong equipment calibration project team knew that there is a huge market opportunityin the calibration industry. In this situation, we decided to invest in the project, offer the bestinstrument calibration and consultant services to our customer.This business plan was base on the above content. I analyzed from the overall aspect.Firstly, This paper discussed the environment and its value, then I used the strategicmanagement knowledge to analyzed the operability from the internal and externalenvironment. Secondly, I analyzed the equipment calibration industry market environmentusing the Porter’s five forces model, and analyzed the internal strength and weakness, externalopportunity and challenge of this project using the SWOT. As a result we could set up thedevelopment strategy. After the strategy was set up, I could set up the marketing plan throughthe targeting, market segment, in order the find the position in the calibration market and themarketing plan. Then we use the knowledge of financial management to develop financingstrategies and analyze the profitability of the project model and the return on investment; Atthe end we use the relevant theories of risk management during the company’simplementation of the project which risk may be come up, analysis and the corresponding riskcontrol measures. The whole business plan was for investors decision making.
